Peking Duck pizza.

Homemade. I think [livejournal.com profile] jducoeur put a little too much duck on it, but that's a fault I'm willing to overlook.

Um, uh...
That just seems so... wrong.

As a cheese and tomato-free deep dish Chicago-style pizza made with rice flower? It could be pretty nice.

Sure, with plum sauce, sauteed bokchoy and scallions. No cheese. Thin crust, but not too crispy.

A little mozz for moisture and adhesion, doesn't impart too much flavor.

Fresh mozzarella, maybe. Or maybe farmer's cheese or ricotta. but the hoisin sauce is pretty adhesive.

Teh Yum

I'd eat that.
A rice flour crust sounds intriguing....

Peking Duck anything.

Sounds yummy!

Hmm, doesn't sound like a great match to me. A good one - duck can hold up with lots of things, but the Peking part doesn't seem like a good match. The whole point of that operation - getting a crispy skin - feels like it wouldn't be a good idea for a pizza topping.

But still - duck. Yumm.

I love the one at California Pizza Kitchen--hope yours is fabulous. Tonight is make your own pizza night around here, the dough is mixed and rising but alas there is no duck. Five kinds of cheese (two fat free), brocolli, peppers, snowpeas, onions, basil, fresh tomoato sauce, olives, korean bbq sauce, baby lettuce, myers lemons. Should make for some interesting combinations.

I wanna eat at your place - we're having leftovers. *Boring* leftovers.
