Let me see - health reasonably good, ex-wife reasonably bad, child is wonderful, met a woman recently who I adore (and she adores me back), work is work, house is work, and so forth.
Life, while sometimes hard, is good. (FYI, my daughter is nine these days. :-)

Although I must say -- you're one of the *tiny* number of people on LJ who call me "Mark". The effect of 20-some years in the SCA is that far more people use the SCAdian name than the mundane one. (One of the signs of people who've known me from college...)
