Beginner's exercise

Tues: Walked to end of Freeport Dr and back. Unmeasured, untimed.
Thurs: Walked 1 mile (down to Rahanis Park and back). 25 minutes.

(No mocking allowed, I've got to start somewhere. And if I intermittently write down what I do at least I can see if I do better in a couple months.)

I'm serious! I've considered a little LJ photo essay for the purpose of snarking at a few of these things.

But yes: lace curtains outside. But only in the warm weather, and only on two windows.

That is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Does your neighborhood run to a particular ethnicity that we can look to for this, or it is just virulent stupidity?

Very, very ethnic. The ethnic in question is "white middle/upper-middle class." I think it must be a Martha Stewart infection of some kind.
