msmemory_archiveA very funny thing landed in my inbox this evening. A fairly large (2600 sq ft) Garrison Colonial house with 2-car garage, family room with fireplace, 4 BRs, 2.5 BA, central air, deck, large master suite with jacuzzi and walk-in closet, and so forth. In Waltham. And I am proven right: the same house would be on a much smaller piece of land and cost $150K more in Waltham than in Framingham.
