Movie site needed

This one is stretching even my l33t library skillz.

I want to obtain (purchase, borrow, Torrent) a copy of an obscure Canadian film from 1991. Besides emailing the production company to enquire, what other sources should I be searching? So far, I have not found evidence that it has been released on either VHS or DVD.

You could also check your local library system. It's amazing what sort of stuff they accumulate. (Not sure how easy it would be to score something from the Harvard University collection but that could also be an avenue)
