Whose size 16?

Well, the gown palegreyminion is selling because it's too small for her, is too small for me too. I disbelieve that it's actually a 16 as marked. Waaah.

I think if I were traveling in a foreign country on business, bad local imitations of my native cuisine would not be what I'd want for lunch: I would want excellent examples of the local foods.

So there is leftover Chinese food in the staff kitchen since we have a group here from a Chinese company. It's not "bad Chinese", it's reasonably decent American neighborhood Chinese food - but I am not from China.

Then again, I do remember being in Paris with other American high school students, who were desperate for McDonald's.

I suppose it goes without saying that I finished reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. I do wish we didn't have to wait so long between books, but with JKR consulting on the films and actually having a Life outside of Hogwarts, it's no surprise that the volumes are years apart.

Probably I should reread the book again in a few months, at a less breakneck speed, and see if my opinions change.
