If you know who you're next to, forming the line will go faster. The funny number next to your name is a working number, for my use and other herald geeks - explanation available on request.

Yes, I imagine there is a non-zero chance that we will forego the procession if the weather is looming foul, but that will be at TRM's discretion in the morning.
