It's going to be a VERY small Eastern Star meeting tonight. We've been having attrition problems anyway, to the point where our chapter really ought to be merging with another, but considering the mean age of our members, we're not going to have many people out there in the cold and ice.

Oh, look, it's snowing again. (Flurries merely.)

But it was small -- if it had been nice weather we'd have had another two dozen people, very likely.

I was talking with Karen and Donna about going up to Billerica for the reception for Fred Penney in two weeks. Karen was extolling the wonders of their active chapter. I admitted I was intentionally looking for my "next" or "second" chapter. :)
And the most convenient chapters for me, besides our current one, would be Wistaria [Needham], Aletheon [Woburn], or Billerica.
