I'm still speechless. It's an honor I dreamt of deserving in another 15 or 20 years. I feel like I should post something profound, or at least witty, and I'm not managing either one. And it's illustrious company to live up to. Wow.

I think they have to live up to you. And I'm serious about that - knowing all of them, loving most, deeply respecting the rest.

Really.

You do what you can, always, reliably, quietly. When there are problems, you fix them, cover them over, work to manage what you can. You have not EVER been a maker of problems.

You just get stuff done. For decades.
