Are these really that hard? I've never studied Old English (though I'll cop to some related languages, and general scholarly dorkiness), and the only one I couldn't recognize on sight turns out to be one I don't even know in modern English. (1.7)
If you have a good carol repertoire, not really. Although doing it by carol knowledge and process of elimination is probably missing the point of the original exercise.
