Over-volunteered

I volunteered to make the chicken for the dayboard at Coronation, taking over for Cassandra who is ill. There's more to make than will fit in my fridge (either before or after cooking), and I'd rather not have to freeze the cooked chicken, just in case it doesn't have time/oven to defrost for Saturday lunch.

Anybody want to help me out by splitting the load?

Thanks for the offer, but with BK and his lady taking 100 pieces off my hands (to bake and to chill), I think I've got it under control.
