Over-volunteered

I volunteered to make the chicken for the dayboard at Coronation, taking over for Cassandra who is ill. There's more to make than will fit in my fridge (either before or after cooking), and I'd rather not have to freeze the cooked chicken, just in case it doesn't have time/oven to defrost for Saturday lunch.

Anybody want to help me out by splitting the load?

(Note to C. - if I don't have help I will still fulfil my offer!)

Let me check with my wife ([livejournal.com profile] kiekre) we initially offered to cook the chicken but then went away last weekend. Shall we contact you via email?

I still say you should delegate all the cooking so you can take Liam's extra ticket tomorrow night! :)

Costco makes excellent rotisserie chicken, for not much money.

If you can afford it, donate the cost difference between fresh and pre-cooked. And take the time off!

I can plug in the spare fridge if you like.
