Dinner suggestions

It's that time of year again! My birthday and our wedding anniversary* both fall in the first half of July, and therefore we go out to "fancy" dinner twice. We have some favorite restaurants we return to again and again: Blue Ginger, the Blue Room, J's Restaurant at Nashoba Winery.
But knowing we have foodie friends, what restaurants are we missing out on? Please make recommendations.
*19 years, can you believe it?

400 Highland in Davis Square is new, sleek, and super-tasty. Same kind of dress-up deal.
Les Zygomates is a wonderful French bistro down by South Station, with a perfect sommelier. A bit more chichi.
I love the Harvest.
If you are feeling very adventurous, Wild Bites in Amesbury is an unprepossessing storefront with an amazing cook. You can go in and just ask him to cook for you, and he'll make you something that's not on the menu, pair it with wine, etc. (There's a Residence Inn down the street...;)
