Dinner suggestions

It's that time of year again! My birthday and our wedding anniversary* both fall in the first half of July, and therefore we go out to "fancy" dinner twice. We have some favorite restaurants we return to again and again: Blue Ginger, the Blue Room, J's Restaurant at Nashoba Winery.
But knowing we have foodie friends, what restaurants are we missing out on? Please make recommendations.
*19 years, can you believe it?

New find in Ashland: The Oregon Club (www.theoregonclub.com). On-line reviews were all over the place, but we really enjoyed it a couple weeks ago and look forward to trying their new menu soon. Cost was mid to highish, but they couldn't have cared less that we went in without a reservation and wearing jeans and casual tops. Service was friendly, but not overbearing. Food was inventive, tasty and well-done. We thought we didn't have room for dessert, but when we heard the selections we found it.... :)
