Memorial Day cookout

Just in case there are any of you out there who don't follow my beloved's LJ: We're having a cookout/garden warming thing on Monday, 3 pm to darkish. Come admire the garden, play frisbee, eat grilled things (and take away some of our overflow Stuff).

See his entry about it

Children welcome, though the place isn't childproofed. No pets on premises (yet). RSVPs fine but not required.

I think I RSVP'd before, but Robin and I plan to attend.

I'm currently planning on showing up, but that has to be tentative. With Panteria this weekend, and Sue Hammond needing some knight errantry on Tuesday, and my current ongoing soiree with paint fumes, there's going to at least be the temptation to close out the world for that day. But trust me on this one, if I can poke my head out into the wide, wide, world on Monday, you'd be on the short list for why.

If you end up going, can I get a ride?
If you end up *not* going, can I borrow the car? :-)

I will probably hitch a ride with these folks.

sorry that we won't be able to make it -- I'd love to see the new house. However, my sister & her family are in the area (haven't seen them in 4 years) and we are having a family reunion at my father's house that day. Many long-lost relatives...

I will be there. Which members of my extended "families" will also be there currently remains unknown to me.
