Wellesley boxes

Any of my friends - especially fellow alumnae - want two extra Wellesley chests? They're pine boxes, 36x18x18, with my maiden name stencilled on the ends (could be sanded off or painted over). I am sentimentally attached but can't think of a place to keep them.

I still have mine! I painted it white and made a cushion for the top, at one point; it made a fine storage bench. It's in the garage now.

Yes! We need a place to keep our skates that can be sat upon, and those would fit the bill very nicely!

Not a problem. Although I have long term hopes for my neice. But at that point she can get her own... :)

How/when do you want to arrange the handoff? Saturday is very full for me (and I'm not even going to Birka!) but Sunday's free, or I can come get them sometime in February, unless you're going to be in my neck of the woods for some reason.

We are going to Birka, but Sunday midafternoon would be fine, or we can deal some time in February.

I'll give you a call on Sunday and come get them then. Then I can go to the fabric store and get squishy foam and fabric to make cushions for them, and they can go straight to the front room and into service. :)
