This looks like a very nice house for you two. Are you going to get a lawn service? This place has about fifty times as much grassy lawn as your old place.

Probably! It has nearly a half-acre. (Any recommendations?)

Only that you should get one if you can afford it. I don't know anyone in that industry.

Homeowner may have a recommendation for you.

Don't know if my folks do Burlington, but here's the info:
Lisa Fudge, Affordable Landscaping, 978-663-6271 (Billerica).

The house looks great!

I can *so* relate! It's lovely! And a great size house and lot and trees! Woo! I'm very excited for you, did you notice? :) I love the little ledge around the wall, I've never seen those before but our neighbor has them too and I think they're neat. And the french doors, I love french doors! And lots of windows and light from the looks of it. Very very nice -- congratulations!!

I thought of you the other day while I was exploring around my future neighborhood. About a mile away, many of the houses have paddocks. (No public ridiing that I've spotted, yet.)

Okay, I'll admit that I looked at the outside and went 'enh'; I don't much like split-levels in general, it seems.

That said. The inside? _Gorgeous_. I love all the wood. I love the big windows. I love the shelf running along the wall, I love the kitchen. I love it.

Enjoy. I'm sure you will.

I admit, I wanted a center-entry colonial. But that great room and the openness on the main floor sold it to me. (And not two weeks after I told our buyers' agent "no more splits unless they're incredible.")

The green siding will go as soon as it needs repainting. Green not my color.

And it's incredible. Yeah. :)

And, yes, making it not-green (and especially not-that-green) will help a lot, too.

Ooh, nice house!

I second the suggestion of a lawn service.

Shiny! I love the ceilings in the "great room." I've been drooling over similar rooms in other listings.
