Feb gets too close to my defense date, but later than that and

galaneia's away.

I like January 7th, because it gives those of us not willing to trek to NJ for 12th Night something to look forward to in early January.

The reason I didn't offer Jan. 14th is that is when TRM have decided to hold Twelfth Night. In conflict with Arisia, too. Sigh.
So Jan 7 is unexpectedly a free weekend.

I figured as much.

SATurday? Doggone. We'll see. It might be a problem, since we are about to be living in Towers.

Yep, sorry; realized the date referent fell off after I clicked 'submit.' Sat the 7th is going to be Towers 12th night potluck. Kali will be sending out a note shortly to everyone.

Hmmm. We'll have to think about it. Maybe we'll just say "For Towers folks, feel free to consider this the postrevel for Towers Twelfth Night."

I believe it will be a supper potluck, if that makes any difference.

My response means "the checked dates are fine for me, but you should have multiple parties, like say one in the spring where you can show off the garden."

Oh, there will be more parties. Maybe even an informal fighter practice. Or cookouts. Or just sitting in the shade of the lilacs with a very strong margarita. :)

I'm in favor of all those things.

I see I got here late, but what Cyn said: Jan. 7 is Canton of the Towers Potluck Twelfth Night. Starting sorta 5:ish and going on into the evening. Be advised; be very advised.

Drat drat drat. Maybe we'll do that Sunday instead, though it does mean an earlier night. Especially since we are likely to want to go to Towers Potluck Twelfth Night ourselves.

Feb. 11 there is another Novice Scola next door.

Also that is later than we hoped to wait for the party. And it's

jducoeur's birthday.

I wanted to vote against Feb 11th as I plan to have my 3rd annual warmed house party then and wanted to invite you both!
