We have a mortgage! The broker just phoned. They will mail the commitment letter today, and we shall have permission to pay many dollars over many years for a lovely new place!

Approximately. It's 4.5 miles to my office, which is just around the corner from China Pearl.

We are available for dim sum many weekends, especially Saturdays....
