msmemory_archiveOn my lunch hour, I popped over to Extra Space Storage to clear up their confusion on the matter of my auto-pay settings. (I had gotten a "courtesy call" from one of their people the other day - when I called back the other dude said I needed to go to the bank and activate my debit card. Whaaa? BoA, in rare insight into the obvious, said "No, you don't.")
Anyway, the Extra Space fellow checked the card number, and the expiry date, and says everything is now fine. We'll see about that next month, won't we? I hope not to be dealing with them very much longer: as soon as we can get a new place, everything's coming out of storage and either being assimilated, given away, or thrown away. No more storage bills!
