Go Supremes!

WASHINGTON, May 15 - The Supreme Court ruled today, in a case of interest to millions of wine-drinkers and those who make their livings in the multibillion-dollar industry, that people can buy wine directly from out-of-state vineyards.

You can also do a google search, which if it's a current item, will turn up various news links, usually ones that don't require registration.

I found this one: http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=topNews&storyID=8506753

I'll be very curious to see how this effects PA. We've got a state run monopoly that controls all alcohol coming into the state. Currently to have something shipped in from out of state it needs to be:
- Not available at the state stores
- From a PA licensed "Direct Wine Shipper"
- Shipped to a state store for pick up (and how is that direct?)
