How are they being prepared? We're probably both in for sea bass, unless the beef thing is real inspiring.....

beef is with carmelized onion mashed potatoes.
sea bass is with wild rice, bok choy and a tomato cream sauce
We're registered at Kitchens Etc and also at Games People Play (GPP has a sheet of spiral notebook paper somewhere, Kitchens Etc has an online registry.)
