I recall being told (perhaps by the lady herself, although the memory is hazy) that she'd changed her name to Katherine Fitzwilliam after the first reign. Do we know which name she's reigning under?

I haven't heard. She seems to respond quicker when addressed as Aikaterine (even if I am butchering the pronunciation) than Katherine, though maybe that's because there are so many Katherine / Catherina / etc. running around.
