We made "only" Squash Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, and a Pecan Pie to take to our friends'.

Besides all that, there were at least three turkeys, a ham, a leg of venison, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked squash, cheesy cauliflower, spinach, tossed salad, four kinds of cranberry sauce, two kinds of brussels sprouts, two kinds of mixed roast vegetables, vegetarian and non-veg dressing, peas, corn, mac and cheese, gravy, white rolls, and cornbread. Plus half a dozen pies, cupcakes, brownies, ice cream, fresh fruit.

And abundant good company.

How many people? That seems like sparse fare, if you're feeding the entire Trojan army.

Oh, it looked to me like 40-50 adults and 10-12 children. Only some of whom were in the Lochleven Army!

That squash casserole was amazing! I was stuffed and still had to have one last nibble. =)
