Going stag to the Ball because I promised to attend "at least one of the four balls" during my year, and skipping TRH's first event as P&P in order to do so - yeah, you are detecting a lack of disappointment. ;-)

Quite possible. I had such lovely visions of a restful weekend punctuated by my obligatory attendance at the ball on Saturday night. Now I need to decide if I have enough reserves with which to spend the weekend on the road instead.
