Randomness

I raked about 40% of the front yard last night, down to bare grass. After that wind came through overnight, you can't even tell any more which part I raked.

I'm tired of being the mommy. I can't imagine how bad it would be if I actually had kids, but meanwhile I am tired of being the information source, the person who actually has to handle the crisis, find the missing, wash the clothes, make the reservations, send the correspondence. I want somebody to mommy me!

Can you tell I tossed and turned much of the night, with simultaneous post-nasal drip and heartburn?

There's a difference between a "spouse" and a "wife". When Andy married me, he got a "spouse". We're still waiting for the "wife" to come along.

On fuller consideration, I sometimes think *I* am the wife. :)
