Opening Ceremonies - signal boost

Their Royal Majesties King Andreas and Queen Gabriella would ask all ^royal^
Peers of the East to accompany them in their procession/march to
opening ceremonies.

We are asking that all of the Viscounts, Counts, Earls, Dukes; armed,
not in armor, with one standard bearer optional, be present if
possible.

The Duchesses, Countesses and Viscountesses can also be in the parade
if they so wish but this is a military parade and will be formed as
such.

(EDIT: Clarified by mrgrumpybear - this is royal peers, not ALL peers.)

(Perhaps this is my payback for skipping reading the East list for a while. I missed this whole scheme, until it was pointed out to me this morning, though I hear it was announced on the East list. I do not know yet whether it is Their intention to arrange all the peers and royal peers in any order, such as by precedence - I'll find out when I get on site.)

@Kayleigh - Archery champions has moved to 1pm, so you should be OK.

@Caitlin - I've double-checked the original. It was *NOT* sent to the EK list, but was sent to the other lists I gave you.

@Everybody else - The original note from D. Sabastian called all peers. This was later updated to be only Eastern Royal Peers, armed, not armoured. I'm sure we'll get it all sorted. :-\

Oh, I figured the second note was to *expand* the list to be sure to include the Royal Peers, not to constrict it to *only* Royals. I was confooozed.
