msmemory_archiveOne thing that I think I haven't seen anyone else mention is how well the recast actors did with the body language of their counterparts. Sure, it wasn't McCoy's voice, or Sarek's, or anyone else's -- but they had taken the pains to mimic the body language. Sarek's ramrod-straight spine. Kirk's various ungainly/macho ways of sitting in his command chair. They got it right, which made up for the voices being different.
