msmemory_archiveThe duckling has been recovered. Presumably it will be soldered back onto its feet before the Duckling Parade. Whew!
I am being a good girl and honoring a prior commitment for this evening, but the desire to pursue an available pair of Sox tickets and call in "sick" is very strong.
Not only is Coronation 3 1/2 hours away, it's going to rain on Saturday, and the daytripper fee is $12. So why do I feel so guilty if I decide not to go? (The guilt may have something to do with the fact that I haven't been to an event since Birka, having had conflicts for Black Rose, Mudthaw, and Twa Corbies.)
