There are many things I would like to accomplish in 2009. I want to return to the process of losing weight and getting regular exercise. I want to get the home office organized enough that I do not have to hunt for things by sedimentary estimation. I want to do some interesting things with the garden this spring and summer.

But I have just one resolution, on the theory that just one simple resolution should be easier to keep than a List Of Goals.

Take my vitamins. (multi-, D, and calcium)

If you want a professional organizer, I highly recommend [livejournal.com profile] findyourfloor. :)

Excellent resolution! I have finally gotten consistent with this, after noticing that both my attitude and my skin/complexion are much better when I don't forget my vitamins.

I have about 8 prescription meds plus 5 supplements I need to take to stay on my feet. I've found that 1) using one of those pill organizers, and 2) keeping it where I spend the most time (in my case, on my computer desk) keeps me fairly regular in taking them. I fill the organizer up every 2 weeks, so I don't have to wonder if I've taken the pills or not from day to day. It's a good way to get the refills ahead of completely running out. I generally have a 2 week lead.

Of course, none of that keeps me from forgetting to take the damned things SOMETIMES (like today *cough*), but it's a workable solution. Tailor to your own quirks. :)
