Not just bread and milk

Also hamburger, salmon, cheese, bananas, flour, cooked chicken breast, broccoli, cookies, rice crackers, yogurt, et al. So there.

I'll be going to the grocery this morning, too. But we need neither bread nor milk. ;)

We decided to bake bread instead of buy it.

There is now a 3-day supply of pasta with pumpkin and sausage in the fridge and freezer!

We never buy milk, and we already had bread, so I decided to indulge one of my childhood faves and got peanut butter and jelly :) If nothing else, it means I'll be able to eat even if the power goes out.

indulged in challah and fixings for lots of yummy desserts that I want to make. Not going out tonight, so may as well bake/make.

generally we have plenty of basics.

We usually keep basics on hand too, but I did an expiration-date pass through the fridge the other day & knew I needed more eggs, a new yogurt, etc.

I am toying with holiday baking, which I haven't done in a couple years. Or fudge. Hmmm.
