Movie site needed

This one is stretching even my l33t library skillz.

I want to obtain (purchase, borrow, Torrent) a copy of an obscure Canadian film from 1991. Besides emailing the production company to enquire, what other sources should I be searching? So far, I have not found evidence that it has been released on either VHS or DVD.

All I could find were two short (less than two minutes, each) clips of it, posted on YouTube. They were both posted by the same person, who's profile indicates recent activity. Perhaps you could contact them and see if they're willing to share their source?
