I think New Boss wasn't asked if he wanted to add the Office Managers (with our admin staff) to his organization. He's telling the other one mostly to run away and not bother him, and he's not telling me anything at all. Betcha he hopes if he ignores us we'll go away. And maybe we will. The next time Uber Boss asks me how things are going I may tell him that things are "not being a good fit".
