Grr. I hate composing a reply to someone on my f-list, hitting "send," and then discovering that I am not on their friends list and they've disabled non-friend posting altogether. OK, what I wrote wasn't earth-shattering or fantastically elegant, but it still feels like I've just been told "La, la, la, not listening!!"

Today's APOD headline for the photo link was "Cats Paw Nebula." Naturally, my brain - slightly undercaffeinated - expected to see a picture of someone's pet playing with their award trophy....
