The former Reading Registry of Motor Vehicles is now in Wilmington, and a pretty, clean, modern space it is, too. Nifty computerized deli-numbering system for the wait processing. The license renewal process is so thoroughly computerized it's almost surprising that they still need human clerks to hear you read the eye chart or take your picture.
