Thank you very much for your good wishes. I wish everyone's health problems were as minor. I'm well enough to putter (maybe I'll even get around to responding to those kingdom polls!).

I skipped my morning walk and I'm going to skip tonight's Nautilus workout. I'll keep things very low key for the rest of the afternoon, but still planning to teach tonight (it is too much bother to get a sub, plus the water will feel good). I'll have my swim lesson afterwards, too, since it is only 40 minutes and I'll already be in my wet swimsuit...

Meanwhile, I'm pleasantly surprised that all the cool kids read my posts (which I think are so very dull) and actually want to comment on them. Makes my day. :-)
