msmemory_archiveAccording to my doctor, I have her permission to go off my blood pressure medication on a one-month trial basis. I am to keep exercising and keep to a lower sodium diet, and see her again at the end of June. Yay! I hate taking more meds than I need to.

Date: 2008-05-30 04:06 pm (UTC)I just got a higher dose of Atenolol last week, and it's making me less tense and letting me sleep through the night, but now I need a sectioned pill container to keep track of all this stuff!
