The Coty company used to have a perfume called *Chipre* which was a lily of the valley scent. I can't find it on the web, but you may have better luck.

My mother used to wear Muguet des Bois, by Coty, which was lily of the valley scent, too.

That sounds lovely...! I have multi-colored sweet peas all tangled up one side of the porch and go out to clip them back. That's pretty yummy, too.
