It's something in the air

Maybe it's the rain. I have not seen such a planetful of cranky people, in all different contexts and for all different reasons, in months if not years, friends and coworkers alike.

Are you on the Northern Principality list.

;)

Hehehehe.

Taking my life in my hands, no doubt. How do I find and join this list?

[identity profile] new-man.livejournal.com 2007-10-24 05:45 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm havigna genuinely good day. Productive, pleasant mood, looking forward to this evening, good energy... all that.

Just as a counterpoint.

Good for you! Can you send some of those vibes to our Development group, please?

[identity profile] new-man.livejournal.com 2007-10-24 06:19 pm (UTC)(link)
I'd be happy to! ;-)

We're supposed to have a "big" full moon tomorrow. I blame the moon. Our office isn't cranky, but half of our callers are right now.

We're all in a good mood here. I'd send you some of it, as you requested of NewMan, but it might result in your development group suddenly acquiring a fondness for Princess Ponies, glitter glue, and frogs.

[identity profile] msmemory.livejournal.com 2007-10-24 06:53 pm (UTC)(link)
That would be a lovely thought. I think I'll visualize a posse of My Little Ponies capering through their workspace. It'll cheer me up, even if not them.

(sings) "Onward, onward flutter-ponies / Victory is sweet!"

*snort*

Have you seen the current crop of pwecious dollie ponies? Gaah. Although I would have loved them as a child...

Here's one:

Glitter glue on frogs... frogs on ponies...

Ponies

I think I'll visualize a posse of My Little Ponies capering through their workspace.

Followed by a flock of My Little Pooper Scoopers.

With glitter on them?

The scoops or the poops?

My crappy mood has been transformed by the magic of your little ponies even sans glitter and frogs. Snarky clients with bad phone manners cannot harm me while playful ponies prance on my screen.

Also, available on youtube in a variety of languages and a disco soundtrack...

Thanks -- the kids and I did some youtube surfing of My Little Pony this afternoon, and they are now both in love with it.

Meanwhile I found it amusing how much of that intro is an homage to the Pastorale in the original Disney Fantasia.
