msmemory_archiveMy new boss (not quite a year - but it's been *quite* a year!) just phoned. She didn't want to wait til our F2F meeting next week or the week after for my review to let me know what my raise would be. I got a very nice percentage! Of course, this goes with my added responsibilities and forthcoming supervisory tasks... Somehow, Chris just knows how to make me feel appreciated and supported, even while adding piles to my workload :)
