That's twice this week people have spontaneously commented on my new, lower, weight. Go me! Mostly I can't see it myself in the mirror - and I haven't gone out and replaced the wardrobe yet. But I'm doing OK.

Congrats! I haven't yet hit a point where anyone can tell that I'm losing weight, but I'm looking forward to that day with great enthusiasm :)
