1) Finish losing my 10%. (That's 10% of my weight as of the start of my weight loss plan. Last I checked that meant I need to lose 6 more lbs.)

2) Make time for myself -- exercise, reading, watching the birdies. Last year I noticed that "me" time got laundry and stuff squashed into it.

3) Work on my tact. I spent childhood repressed into not giving my opinion, and lately I seem to have been overcompensating. Ahem. Find a balance.

Gee, this sounds a lot like my list. :) If the first one seems difficult, I have to finish losing my 1/3! Yes, you read that correctly. Two years I ballooned up to 240lbs and the doc wants me down to 160. I'm currently just below the halfway mark at 190.

I started at 185 (8/1/06). Made it to 171 (11/22/06). Back up to 173 (12/27/06). Goal is 167. Not going to think about subsequent goals til I can hold at 167 for a month.

(You at 240? I can't picture it! Go you on the 1/3!)
