One of their limited offerings of many years ago was some sort of "Oriental Chicken Nuggets." I'd bumped into Editrx on the way to WorldCon in Atlanta, in company with mutual friends. In transit between airport and hotel, a diabetic friend insisted on stopping at a McDonalds, and Editrx and I decided to share an order of these nuggets to calm pangs of hunger. They were awful, just awful, but the bonding experience somehow started us on the path that led us to marriage a couple of years later....
Weird. Memories of putrid McDonalds' food makes my nostalgic--though not so nostalgic that I want to eat it again. ;-)
