msmemory_archiveA small multi-sided block of salt. That's sort of how I felt when I got up this morning. Major dehydration stemming from the, um, purgative effect of last night's Burger King trip (food poisoning, lucky me).
So far this morning I've had 8 oz Gatorade, about 8 oz Cranberry juice, and I'm on my third 12-oz cup of spring water. (slosh)
