OK, a lot of little stuff was wrong (details pertaining to confidential ritual omitted). We missed a bunch of fiddly bits that when done well can make the chapter as precise as a well-rehearsed drill team. And the WM read more of her ritual than she should have. But really, if the Past Grands go hunting for offense in "she used the wrong [old] altar cloth" and that sort of thing, that means it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
