Yay
Nuisance-problems at work seem to be taking care of themselves.
The engineer who wanted me to buy the proceedings of a conference in Portugal held less than a month ago (so likely not yet printed) managed to phone the conference chair himself and cajole his way into a complimentary copy, so I don't have to.
One of the Facilities dudes seems to have gotten the Marketing Storage room lock unstuck, saving us the locksmith's fee. With luck, he can tighten the latch plate and put a little WD-40 in the mechanism, so we'll be all right.
Now if the IS dude can persuade the CEO that my chart of our client TMs (reports we've done for customers) is in fact more stable and accurate than the dynamically-generated one, then I'll be 3-for-3 on the day!
