Thanks

Heartfelt thanks to the squad of LJ users who turned out to help us move all the "small" things out of our old house and into the new one, although I don't think the TV or the steamer trunk can really be called small. Everyone there had an LJ except Ygraine, who we should entice over to the dark side someday.

Tipping

So the professional movers are coming tomorrow, in the teeth of the nor'easter, to move all the furniture. It's clear that gratuities (tips) are expected, and due to the weather I'm especially convinced they're appropriate. But how much? We have four guys and two trucks, for the day.
