Duly noted: today nothing hurts. My shoulders are OK, all my various scars are neither sore nor itchy, my back is all right, even my ingrown toenail seems to have grown out.
Of course, my natural inclination is to celebrate this fact by taking my bike out for a spin after work. O would that I could!
